By accessing the Moveora website, registering for a class, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and participants of Moveora's online fitness platform.
Moveora provides live online fitness movement classes via video call, including but not limited to: dance fitness, zumba, strength training, cardio workouts, yoga, pilates, and stretching sessions. Classes are conducted by qualified instructors in small groups of up to 8 participants.
You must be at least 16 years of age to participate in Moveora classes. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities.
You participate in all Moveora classes voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring your fitness level is appropriate for the chosen class. We recommend consulting a qualified professional before beginning any new physical activity program, particularly if you have any pre-existing conditions.
We offer four membership plans: Trial Lesson (790 ₽), 4-Lesson Pass (2,600 ₽), 8-Lesson Pass (4,800 ₽), and Monthly Pass (7,200 ₽). Prices are listed in Russian Roubles and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking. Membership passes are personal and non-transferable.
Classes may be rescheduled with at least 3 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations requested less than 3 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session from your pass. Unused sessions do not expire due to rescheduling; they are carried forward. The Monthly Pass covers the calendar month from the date of purchase.
All content on the Moveora website — including text, images, class descriptions, choreography, and instructor materials — is owned by or licensed to Moveora. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without written permission.
Sessions are not recorded without the explicit written consent of all participants. You may not record any Moveora session without prior written permission from Moveora and all class participants.
Moveora's liability is limited to the amount paid for your current membership pass. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence or fraud.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of significant changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of the Russian Federation in the location of Moveora's registered address.
